WHAT IS AWANA?

AWANA is a Bible-centered, youth-oriented, weekday club program, raised up by the Lord to provide an evangelistic tool for winning young people to Christ. 

The name AWANA is derived from a verse of scripture, “Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.” (II Timothy 2:15)

AWANA (Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed) is designed for boys and girls, three years old through high school. Boys and girls become “new creatures in Christ” (II Corinthians 5:17) when they hear, believe and receive the gospel of the grace of God. Be sure to bring your children, grandchildren and your neighbors to the AWANA Clubs program in Euclid Park every Tuesday, 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. (for teens) and on Wednesday 6:30—8:30 p.m. (elementary school for school aged children.
